Wow! It's been 11 years since I was here. So much has happened since then. I finished college. I started my own photo studio. I got married. I had kids (3 boys). I became an art teacher (6th year this fall). I've grown so much as an artist. While my primary medium is still photography, I have really gotten into the fiber arts as well with knitting, crochet, and weaving. I'll have to start posting recent work.

It's been so long since I was here. I'm busy as hell. Shool and work take up all my time. I swear, if I didn't work as a photographer, I wouldn't have any new images in my portfolio. I work as a photo lab monitor at school and I also intern for a wedding photographer. He's the best! Literally!!! Go check out his work at http://www.rickferro.com. It is so beautiful and I'm thrilled to be a part of it. I'm actually thinking of closing my deviant art account since I'll be getting my business liscence soon and having my own website. So images will just get moved there once it's up and running I guess. Don't worry, you'll find out more as it goes

Hello. Still not dead. I've just been extremely busy. I went to Italy and Greece over the summer and just yesterday got all of my digital photos printed. A grand total of 700. That cost a bit. I've still got one more roll of B&W film I have to develope, but that'll happen sometime this weekend. I've also been working as a photographer for the school paper. That keeps me really busy. Oh! and I bought a new camera! It will arrive on Monday afternoon. It's a ver nice (very expensive) Nikon D200 with an 18-200mm lens and a 70-300mm telphoto lens. I'm very excited! I can't wait to start using it!
